Quality Positive complete multiple audits on a monthly basis for Clients to measure their current processes and activities, be it on or offsite, with recommendations for improvements provided. In addition, we can conduct Building Regulation and Handover Documentation compliance reviews, during the construction stage (not at the end), to support final System Completion and Handover.

It is through these independent assessments that Quality Positive is able to advise Clients to ensure they stay on focussed on meeting their contractual obligations and scopes of work, for Assurance and ultimate End User acceptance. We have also been involved in latent Defect Analysis of past projects within the Built Environment, and can provide advice around same against Regulations and Standards, pertain to that time.
