LEED and BREEAM certification projects. This is coupled with a deep understanding of CEEQUAL, The WELL™ Building Standard and Life Levels as Sustainable Construction certification frameworks for improving the Built Environment’s energy and performance ratings.

In addition, we are also familiar with the SEAI Grant funding, EPD Products and Triple E scheme, here in Rep. of Ireland. We are also familiar with the Whole Life Cycle Costing (LCC) methodology and we actively contribute towards a true Circular Economy, with our contributions on productivity, particularly around M&E services, Building regulations, nZEB and Modular Construction.
